1. Order Issues & Eligibility for Returns
As our products are made-to-order through Printify, we can only accept returns or issue refunds under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it or issue a refund.

Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that differs from what you ordered, we will correct the mistake by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Lost Packages: If your order does not arrive due to a shipping issue, please contact us, and we will investigate the matter.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection (please check the sizing guide before ordering).

Color variations due to screen differences.

Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
2. Requesting a Return or Refund
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. To process a return or refund request, provide the following details:

3. Refund Processing
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process a refund or send a replacement. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
Since our products are custom-printed, we do not offer exchanges. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, we are unable to make changes as production begins promptly.
