1. Order Processing & Fulfillment
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days before shipping.
Orders are fulfilled through Printify’s network of printing partners.
Processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping Times & Rates
Shipping times vary based on location and the selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic Orders: 5-10 business days after fulfillment.
International Orders: 10-30 business days after fulfillment.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
3. Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping carriers may experience delays beyond our control, and we are not responsible for late deliveries.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for assistance.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries; however, some locations may have restrictions.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" but not received. Please check with your local courier for assistance.
6. Address Accuracy & Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes can only be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
